At Mova Shoes, we want you to love every step you take. If your new footwear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange your unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Place the shoes in their original packaging and ensure all tags are attached before sealing them in a secure shipping box.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
